LOCATION: 1060 South 500 East, American Fork, UT 84003. Depart I-15 at Exit #279 in American Fork. Turn south at first stop sign at the end of the exit ramp onto 500 (5th) East Street. Go one-half mile south on 500 East Street to the Security Foods & Supplies building. Our business is inside the building. Please call first if you plan on visiting us.

ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
ORDERS: Orders may be made by mail, fax, or phone. If ordering by phone, please have the following ordering information ready: book/item numbers and titles, quantities, color (where applicable), VISA or MC number, and expiration date.
PAYMENT: Please pay by check, money order, MasterCard, or VISA. Utah residents, please add 6.25% sales tax.
POSTAGE: Minimum postage/handling charge per order is $4.50. See "MAPS" for extra shipping charges for special-ordered maps. Most orders under three lbs are shipped via priority mail (USPS). Orders over three pounds usually are shipped via UPS. If USPS is requested for orders over three pounds, shipping normally is higher than via UPS. You may be billed if shipping charges are more than $4.50. When payment is by VISA or MC, actual shipping costs over the $4.50 minimum will be charged.
ORDERS SHIPPED TO OTHER COUNTRIES
PAYMENT: Pay by MasterCard, Visa, international money order, or postal money order in U.S. dollars. We can accept a personal check drawn on a Canadian Bank if it specifies "U.S. dollars."
POSTAGE: Minimum postage is $4.50 to Canada (usually by air) and $5.00 to other countries (via surface mail). Surface parcel post and air parcel post charges to Canada are about the same. You will be billed if shipping charges are more than you have paid, or a credit memo will be issued if you have overpaid.
REFUND POLICY
Defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise may be returned for refund or credit. Other merchandise (except special-order items) may be returned for refund or credit if shipped to us within 14 days of date of invoice. If you desire specific information about a book before placing an order, please refer to SPECIAL BOOK SERVICES.
DISCOUNTS FOR GENEALOGICAL/HISTORICAL SOCIETIES AND LIBRARIES
Under $10.00 - none; $10.00 to $75.00 - 10%, over $75.00 - 15%. Postage: $4.50 minimum. If the postage is more than $4.50, actual shipping costs will be charged. Billings - payable in 30 days. Discount also applies to all books published by the Genealogical Publishing Company (GPC). GPC books that are not in the catalog can be special ordered.
